Saskatoon police are now investigating a death on Valentine’s Day as a homicide.
Police responded to a report of an injured man on Avenue P South between 21st and 22nd Streets shortly before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The 28-year-old man was later pronounced dead at the scene.
While initially ruled suspicious, the death is now being investigated as a homicide.
His name and the nature of his injuries are not being released.
