There has been an unexpected delay in the Hannah Leflar murder trial.
The jury had barely warmed their seats before they were ordered home for the entire day Tuesday by Justice Lian Schwann.
Telling them she had evidence matters to discuss privately with the Crown and defence, the rest of the proceedings cannot be publicly revealed.
The jury will return and the trial resumes Wednesday morning at 10 a.m.
The accused remains in the prisoner’s box charged with the first degree murder of Hannah Leflar.
Another co-accused teen has pleaded guilty.
Leflar was found stabbed to death in her north Regina home in January 2015.
