The Office of the Chief Coroner is taking part in an investigation after a work-related death in southeast Saskatchewan.
News Talk Radio has learned a 27-year-old man was killed at an oil field site near Alameda – about 60 kilometres east of Estevan.
The incident happened sometime Monday.
There is no indication of foul play. The coroner has ordered an autopsy.
This comes after a 29-year-old man was killed at the Agrium potash mine in Vanscoy earlier this month.
On Monday, another worker at the same potash mine was involved in an incident, suffering serious injuries. He is expected to make a recovery.
