A Regina woman is appealing her convictions in the death of a four-year-old girl and the abuse of a two-year-old girl.
Tammy Goforth has filed papers with the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal over her convictions and sentence for second-degree murder and unlawfully causing bodily harm.
The girls were both in the care of Goforth and her husband, Kevin, in the summer of 2012.
No date for the appeal has been set.
There is no word on whether Goforth’s husband will appeal his convictions.
