A two-vehicle collision restricted eastbound traffic on Highway 1 just east of Regina Thursday morning.
RCMP say the crash happened around 7:30 a.m. at Tower Road. A Honda Civic heading west tried to turn left onto Tower Road. That’s when the Honda hit a Kia traveling east on the Trans-Canada Highway.
The 32-year-old woman driving the Honda and the three-year-old boy in the car with her were both OK. The 21-year-old woman driving the Kia was sent to hospital with minor injuries. The 20-year-old woman who was a passenger in the Kia was also OK.
No charges are being laid in relation to the crash. The eastbound lane was reopened shortly before 9 a.m.
