Jay’siiah Webb-Long is 5-foot-11 with a slim build and black shoulder-length curly hair styled in braids. He was living in Pelican Narrows in had been living in Pelican Narrows, SK around the time of his disappearance. Jay’siiah Webb-Long is a 16-year-old male from Brampton, Ontario.
