The death of a 35-year-old Saskatoon man is being treated as the city’s fourth homicide of 2024.
According to police, officers were called to 20th Street West on Sunday afternoon for a report of a stabbing. Police said the suspect had already fled when officers arrived, and the victim was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.

“Investigators with the Major Crime, Serious Assault Unit and Forensic Identification Sections continue to investigate,” the police service said in a statement.
“Further updates will be released as more information becomes available.”
