Some good news today for the Jenkins family, as baby Sydney is now home.
Scott Jenkins posted on Facebook Tuesday that his daughter is healthy enough to leave the hospital, where she has been since her mother Aly tragically died during childbirth.
In the post, Scott writes: “Today left the hospital with my little miracle and our guardian angel. I know Aly is working her magic from above to help little Sydney Alyssa Jenkins and all our family and friends.”
When Scott’s wife Aly died, Sydney was immediately taken to the neonatal unit in critical condition needing 100 per cent breathing assistance.
Jenkins has been posting daily Facebook updates on Sydney’s condition.
