A collision Monday night between a sedan and gravel truck closed Highway 16 just west of Lashburn.
RCMP describe the crash as serious which took place just after 6 p.m.
According to RCMP, a detour was set up but there is no timeline for when traffic on the stretch of the highway will get back to normal.
No other details were released by RCMP Monday night as the investigation was still in the early stages.
