Saskatoon’s Traffic Bridge will be closed overnight on Friday for cleaning, and restrictions around College Drive and the University Bridge remain as that construction project continues.
On Saturday, Acadia Drive will be closed between Highlands Crescent and Highbury Court starting at 8 a.m. for catch basin repair work. The project is expected to take two days.
Then, starting at 7 a.m. on Sunday, Second Avenue will be closed for the day between 24th and 23rd streets for roadway patching work.
Fourth Avenue will close between 24th and 23rd streets starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday for the Battle of the Atlantic Parade. The street is expected to reopen at noon.
Meanwhile, Saskatoon Light and Power work will close the Preston Avenue ramp to Circle Drive at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday for roughly one hour. At 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Circle Drive southbound ramp to College Drive westbound will close for a streetlight replacement. That work is also expected to last about an hour.
The city said the duration of closures and expected end times for projects could vary, depending on conditions.
