Various assaults, including a delivery driver being bear sprayed, are being reported by Saskatoon police since the weekend.
Saskatoon police officers responded to the 1100 block of 22nd Street West after receiving a report of a delivery driver being bear sprayed on Sept. 6, around 8:35 p.m.

A 42-year-old man, the victim, was a the scene when officers arrived.
“Officers learned that the delivery driver was delivering food to a residence in the 100 block of Avenue T South when the male suspect refused to pay for the food and discharged bear spray at the victim,” police said in a statement.
Saskatoon police are asking for anyone with information about the incident to call police.
Teen stabbed on Saturday
Police said a male youth was stabbed before 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Officers were sent to the 10 block of 22nd Street East for a report of a person who was injured on Sept. 5.
A 16-year-old teen was found with non-life-threatening injuries by officers. He was taken to hospital by paramedics.
“Through initial investigation, officers learned the male was approached by a group of people when a male in the group stabbed him,” police said.
The Saskatoon Police Service’s serious assault unit is investigating. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
Woman arrested, charged after alleged assault
A woman has been arrested and is facing charges after an assault early Monday morning.
Saskatoon police said officers responded to the 600 block of Avenue X South to an assault in progress around 2:50 a.m. on Sept. 7.
“Call information outlined that a man was attacked by a woman with a knife,” police stated in a news release.
A 24-year-old man, the victim, was found by police upon arrival.
“Officers learned the man was in a stairwell when an unknown woman approached him and threatened to stab him before running away,” police said, adding that no physical injuries are believed to have been sustained in the incident.
A woman who police said matched the description of the suspect was found a short distance away. She was arrested.
The 29-year-old woman is now facing a charge of assault with a weapon and with breaching court-imposed conditions.
Woman taken to hospital with injuries after assault
An aggravated assault on Saturday resulted in a woman being taken to hospital for medical treatment.
Saskatoon police officers responded to the 200 block of Avenue K South on Sept. 5 around 1 p.m. to a report of a person who had been injured.
A 34-year-old woman was treated by officers at the scene with “what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries consistent with a stabbing.” She was then taken to hospital by paramedics.
Police are asking for help with the investigation and anyone with any information is asked to contact Saskatoon police or Crime Stoppers.
