Two searches by Regina Police Service that found four kilograms of methamphetamine as well as cocaine, cash and a number of firearms have resulted in charges for a 25-year-old Regina man.
The searches came after an investigation by the Regina Police Service Drug Unit, police said in a news release on May 26 and both happened on May 20.

The first search of a business in the 100 block of Dewdney Avenue in Eastview found two kilograms of methamphetamine, two ounces of cocaine, one ounce of pink cocaine (believed to mixture of cocaine, MDMA, and ketamine, police said), $53,670, two .40 calibre handguns and ammunition, a rifle and ammunition, a shotgun and ammunition, mobile phones and “other weapons and drug packaging.”
The second search was at a home in the 2000 block of Wallace Street in Broders Annex where another two kilograms of methamphetamine, 500g of fentanyl, six ounces of cocaine, 1/4 ounce of pink cocaine, a loaded, prohibited 9mm handgun and ammunition, drug packaging, scales, mobile phones and “other indicators of drug trafficking” were found.
The man has been charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of the proceeds of crime over, three counts of careless storage of a firearm, five counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition and two counts of possession of a loaded firearm
He appeared in Regina Provincial Court on May 22.
