Police in Saskatoon are appealing to the public for information as officers continue to investigate a shooting death in the city’s Pleasant Hill neighbourhood.
According to police, officers were called to the 200 block of Avenue O just before 1 a.m. on April 16 where they found 25-year-old Kade Lee suffering a gunshot wound. Lee was rushed to Royal University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. An autopsy confirmed his death was a homicide, police noted.

The death marked the city’s eighth homicide investigation of 2024.
Police are now asking the public for any information that could help the case. Anyone with relevant information was urged to contact the Saskatoon Police Service directly or make an anonymous report through Crime Stoppers.
