Minister responsible for all major Crown corporations, including SaskPower, SaskEnergy, SaskTel, SGI and SaskWater, Dustin Duncan, joins Evan to discuss that conflict.
9:00 – Nuclear power is having it’s time in the spotlight, after Saskatoon-based Cameco got a front-row billing at COP28 in Dubai. Tim Gitzel, CEO of Cameco, has been used to being overlooked but sees an opportunity for a surge in nuclear power’s popularity that could make some big changes for Saskatchewan, and Canada as a result. Gitzel joins Evan to talk about this shift towards nuclear power.
9:30 – Political news out of Ottawa has been heavy over the past several weeks. Between the interim report on the federal commission of inquiry into foreign interference, dust settling around the latest federal budget and bonuses paid out by the CBC, there’s lots to catch up with Tom Korski, managing editor of Blacklock’s Reporter over.
10:00 – Last night, the annual Teddy Waste Awards showcased “the best of the worst of government spending,” according to the Canadian Taxpayers Federation. Prairie director Gage Haubrich joins Evan to detail what campaigns made the cut.

Childhood trauma expert, Michael Menard, joins Evan to break down what this abuse can look like and how parents and guardians can be vigilant in keeping their kids safe.
