After battling unseasonably warm temperatures the ice is finally ready to go at the Cameco Meewasin Skating Rink in downtown Saskatoon.
The rink will be open Wednesdays through Sundays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Admission is free of charge, and while there are a limited number of skates available to borrow, skaters were advised to bring their own if possible.
The rink will be closed for Meewasin’s Sip & Skate events on Jan. 13 and 27 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Feb. 10, 14 and 24 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
