Hey there in today’s feature we’ll discuss BBQ Smoked Beef Short Ribs.
There are several ways to season & sauce ribs, make sure to try this BBQ Smoked Beef Short Ribs recipe.
DIRECTIONS FOR BBQ SMOKED BEEF SHORT RIBS:
-Get smoker cranked up to 200 degrees.
-In a small bowl, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, brown sugar, paprika, onion powder and stir until nice and smooth. Cover the short ribs completely with the sauce just made.
-Place the sauced short ribs directly on the smoker grates and smoke for 3 hours.
-After 3 hrs is up, take short ribs off smoker and wrap in foil. Turn up heat on smoker to 250 degrees. Place wrapped short ribs back on smoker and smoke for 2 hours.
-Once 2hrs is up, take wrapped ribs of smoker, unwrap the ribs from the foil and smother them with the bbq sauce. Place back on the smoker for another 30 minutes.
-Serve ribs along side some baked beans and potato salad, or shred the meat off the bone and serve as a sandwich. Guess what, it’s eatin time!!

* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 cup seasoned salt

* 2 tablespoons onion powder
* 1 cup bbq sauce (your favorite bbq sauce
