Hey there!!! In today’s feature we’ll discuss Loaded Grilled Nachos.
It’s still football season and I have another great tailgate appy for you and your pals to enjoy. Who doesn’t love nachos?
-Get the grill fired up to 400 degrees so that it’s nice and hot!
-Heat the olive oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, chili powder, & cayenne. Cook ground beef, breaking apart until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess liquid and set cooked ground beef to the side.
-In grill proof pan or cast iron skillet, lay out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle shredded cheese over chips. Top cheese with refried
beans and seasoned cooked ground beef.
-Repeat steps with a layering of chips, cheese beans, & beef.
-Cover pan with aluminum foil and place on grill for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
-Take nachos off grill and top with Pico de Gallo, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, pickled jalapenos, and any other toppings you desire.
Guess what, it’s eatin time!!!
