The Saskatoon Ex won’t be holding their typical Midway fair this summer due to COVID-19, but organizers are finding a way to get the Spudnuts to the people.
The Ex announced their first-ever “Taste of the Ex” drive-thru on Friday morning.
Fans of the fair food are able to order their favourites online and pick them up on the weekend of August 7 to August 9.
The menu includes Spudnuts, corndogs, caramel and candy apples, candy floss and ultimate poutine.
The Ex said any orders placed by the end of July would include one free admission to opening day of the Saskatoon Ex in 2021, which is set for August 10.
The Saskatoon Ex cancelled their annual festival for the first time in 135 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
