Saskatoon firefighters spent a good part of Friday battling suspicious fires.
The first five were set early in the morning in the King George neighbourhood and all involved garbage or recycling bins.
After a break, another call came in at 12:42 p.m.
An engine was dispatched to the 1200 block of 19th Street West for reports of a garbage pile on fire.
At 2:39 p.m. crews responded to the 100 block of Avenue M South for reports of a household recycle bin being on fire.
At 2:43 p.m. firefighters were called to the 500 block of 20th Street West where a commercial recycling bin was on fire.
All of these fires are considered suspicious in nature, the Saskatoon Fire Department said in a media release.
There’s no report of injuries.
