The Medicine Hat Tigers rolled over the Saskatoon Blades 11-3 at the SaskTel Centre on Tuesday night Western Hockey League action.
Former Blade Cyle McNabb and Lukas Svejkovski helped the Tigers to a 2-0 lead 3:16 in to the hockey game. McNabb finished with three goals and an assist, while Tigers captain James Hamblin had five assists for the Tigers.
Blades goaltender Nolan Maier was pulled after giving up 5 goals on 12 shots in the first period. Three of Medicine Hat’s goals came on the power play, two of which were in the first period.
Chase Wouters scored twice for Saskatoon, while Jayden Wiens had the other Blades goal.
The Blades (14-14-1-2) next host the Kamloops Blazers (18-9-2-1) on Friday night at 7:00 at the Sask-Tel Centre.
