10:00 – With the spring session underway and the provincial budget set to be tabled later this month, we thought it was time to check in with Dr. Ryan Meili, leader of Saskatchewan’s opposition NDP. We’ll find out his plans for the spring session, what he expects from the provincial budget, and which issues are currently the most pressing for the province’s New Democrats.

11:00 – The RCMP has launched a provincial crime watch advisory network. The 18-month pilot program allows residents to sign up and receive advisories about local crime via text, email or phone call from specific RCMP detachments. Only southern detachments are participating during the pilot, but there are plans to take the project province-wide. RCMP Supt. Kevin Kunetzki was a big part of developing the crime watch program in Saskatchewan. He joins Murray now to discuss the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network.
