The decision was made during a “summit” held between Moose Jaw Mayor Fraser Tolmie and Linda Otnes Henriksen, deputy mayor of Stor-Elvdal. If Mac the Moose in Moose Jaw is upgraded to reclaim his previous title, Norway has promised not to retaliate. Henriksen joins John now to discuss the peaceful resolution to this international incident.
