8:30 – Premier Scott Moe met with executives from Nutrien Friday to discuss the location of the company’s head office. While Nutrien’s head office functions are currently largely based in Calgary, legislation governing PCS and all of its future amalgamations required that the head office be Saskatchewan-based. Moe joins Gormley now to discuss the meeting and the government’s next steps.

11:00 – More “Yellow Vest” protests were held in Canada this weekend, with the Saskatoon event drawing more than 100 people to City Hall. While the original yellow vest protesters in Paris had their sights squarely on President Macron’s gas tax, the Canadian protesters were voicing their concerns over the coming carbon tax and Trudeau’s decision to sign on to the UN’s global compact on migration. Carina Comeau is an organizer with Yellow Vest Canada, and she joins John to discuss the movement.
