When people in business, family life, or sport hit their 30’s they should be looked at as adults and in some cases leaders. Unfortunately, the word “leader” isn’t the word that pops to mind right now when it comes to either player.
None of us are perfect. There are times when we all need a hand up. Human beings have vices and weaknesses. Professional athletes are no different.
However, when those vices and weaknesses put others at risk, and in some cases do harm to others, there must be consequences.
That’s when those who are in charge of discipline need to step up and be the leaders.
