Speed and alcohol may have been factors in a fatal ATV crash on the weekend.
RCMP were called to the collision about three kilometres northwest of Viceroy around 12:40 p.m. Saturday. Police say the quad went over a small ridge and into a ditch, and the driver was thrown from the machine.
The man wasn’t wearing a helmet.
The 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name is not being released but RCMP say he was from the Viceroy area.
No charges are being laid.
