Saskatoon’s newest Costco is getting some neighbours.
Developer Arbutus Properties announced Wednesday Visions Electronics, Scotiabank and McDonald’s have all signed leases for phase two of its Meadows Market development, being built just west of the Costco store.
The city’s second location of the wholesale giant opened in the Rosewood neighbourhood in 2016.
The new stores are expected to be completed sometime this fall, along with a Marshalls location announced earlier this month.
In a media release, an Arbutus spokesperson wrote the company expects to announce more new tenants in the next few weeks.
