The Hospitals of Regina Foundation kicked off its 2025 Fall Home Lottery, featuring a $1.7 million showhome in the Creeks.
The home is the foundation’s most valuable grand prize to date.
Built by Ripplinger Homes, the fully furnished grand prize house comes fully decorated and landscaped. It is located at 4158 Fieldstone Way.

Proceeds for the 2025 Fall Home Lottery will go toward hospitals and health care facilities in Regina, including programs and facilities like Regina General’s mother baby care centre, the NICU, and the children’s program at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.

The house is more than 4,400 square feet and comes with two garages.

“It’s got four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and in addition to all of that – it has a wine cellar in the basement and an entertainment centre where you can actually watch movies,” said Dino Sophocleous, president and CEO of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation.

Sophocleous said the lottery will raise about $1.5 million for Regina’s hospitals.
The winner of this home will also receive $50,000.
