RCMP officers investigating a sexual assault that was reported near Jackfish Lake in mid-July have released a sketch of a person of interest.
The Mounties asked anyone who can identify the man in the sketch to get in touch with police or Crime Stoppers.

“The individual is described as a male, possibly in his 20s or 30s, between 6’ and 6’2” with a medium build, and dirty blonde hair,” the RCMP said in a statement.
“As this is an active and ongoing investigation, and to be mindful of the privacy of those involved, we are unable to provide any additional details at this time, nor can we provide specifics as to why police wish to speak with this individual.”
If an immediate risk to public safety is identified, the RCMP said the public will be informed.
