On Aug. 1, Sherisse Quinney won $1,447,287.15 at the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority’s (SIGA’s) Gold Eagle Casino in North Battleford through the Smoke Signals top tier progressive jackpot.

She was presented with her official cheque at the casino a week later.
“Congratulations to our newest Saskatchewan millionaire, Sherisse Quinney. We are very happy to be able to present to Sherisse and her family the winnings at Gold Eagle Casino today,” said Gold Eagle Casino General Manager Kelly Atcheynum.
To date, SIGA’s Smoke Signals progressive has paid out $74,886,651.71 in jackpot wins.
