Fri., July 11: Murray Wood says he’s noticed a trend of drivers in Saskatchewan touching their brakes as they approach a green light, and a few other bad habits on the road that wouldn’t serve drivers well in bigger cities.
Thurs., July 10: Murray Wood says the citizens of Regina have a right to know why police chief Farooq Sheikh has been removed from active service. We know it stemmed from a complaint, but Wood says that’s not good enough.
Wed., July 9: Canada has been using the metric system for 50 years, but Murray Wood points out that we actually use a hybrid system. Just ask someone their height, or what temperature they’re setting the oven to.
Tues., July 8: The head of the Saskatoon Food Bank says the minimum wage should be higher in order to keep people from needing help with basics like food. Murray Wood says Saskatchewan should heed that advice.
