Police in Saskatoon seized cash, cell phones, vehicles and several different types of drugs after a search at an apartment complex.
According to police, an investigation by the police force’s Crime Reduction Team led to the arrest of a 31-year-old man on 25th Street on Thursday evening, and officers later executed a search warrant at an apartment complex in connection with the investigation.

During the search, police said officers seized $4,410 in cash, 44.5 grams of cocaine, 76.8 grams of methamphetamine, 3.9 grams of fentanyl, a litre of GHB, 23 100mg tablets of gabapentin, an electric moped, an electric bicycle and an electric scooter, along with cell phones and “assorted paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.”
The suspect is now facing several drug-related charges, along with a charge of possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000, police said.
