OTTAWA — Israeli Ambassador to Canada Iddo Moed says he met with senior officials from the foreign affairs ministry after Israeli soldiers fired warning shots near a diplomatic tour in the West Bank that included four Canadians.
Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand issued a formal summons to the ambassador to discuss the incident on Wednesday.
