Police have located both Michael Bouvier and Jasmine Iron in a rural location near Loon Lake, Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release that Iron was safe and being assessed by paramedics, while Bouvier had been taken into custody.
A Dangerous Person Alert issued by the Saskatchewan RCMP earlier on Friday has been cancelled.
According to an earlier news release, RCMP officers were informed that a woman “was potentially being held against her will on Island Lake First Nation” just before midnight on Thursday.

The Island Lake First Nation is located west of Loon Lake, near the Alberta border.
