A 57-year-old man from the Weyburn area is dead after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 39 on Monday.
Weyburn RCMP said in a news release on May 6 that the collision about 11 kilometres southeast of Weyburn was reported about 2:25 p.m., with officers and emergency services responding.

RCMP said their investigation found a truck and semi collided and the driver of the truck died at the scene. They said the man’s family had been notified.
The driver of the semi was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, they said and Weyburn RCMP continue to investigate the collision with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
