The honour of being Saskatoon’s first baby born in 2025 went to Atticus Marcien Harper Vandale.
Atticus entered the world at 12:19 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2025, born to Angelique Zimmerman and Glen Vandale at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, Saskatchewan Health Authority said in a news release on Wednesday.
Atticus weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz. and his parents are from Saskatoon.
The SHA added that “everyone is doing well”. No further information was provided.
Dawsyn Ivy Fornwald was Saskatoon’s first baby of 2024, born at 1:28 a.m. that year.
