Saskatoon police have charged a man with aggravated assault after an alleged stabbing Tuesday evening.
Officers arrived at a home on the 200 block of Grant Street just before 8 p.m. where they found a 28-year-old man bleeding from a wound to his neck.
He reportedly told police he’d been stabbed with a knife.
Police performed first aid until paramedics arrived to take the man to hospital.
Police later arrested a 27-year-old suspect at a home on the 2700 block of Main Street. Along with the aggravated assault charge, he also faces a charge of breaching a recognizance.
The alleged victim is reportedly in stable condition.
