A 66-year-old Kinistino man is dead after his car collided with a pickup truck on Highway 3.
Just after noon on Tuesday, officers with the Prince Albert RCMP were called to the intersection of Highway 3 and Tower Road. The driver of the car was declared dead at the scene by paramedics, police said, and his family has been notified of the death.

“The occupants of the pickup truck were treated for injuries reported as non-life-threatening,” the Mounties said in a statement.
Highway 3 was closed during the investigation, but is open to traffic again, the RCMP said.
The crash remains under police investigation, with help from an RCMP collision reconstruction expert.
