Two people face charges of first-degree murder in connection to a death on the Onion Lake Cree Nation.
Abdo Grayman, 46, was discovered severely injured in a camper next to a home on the First Nation on July 1, 2022.
Officers transported him to hospital in Lloydminster, where he died of his injuries.
One of the accused was arrested in Onion Lake, while the other was arrested in Edmonton. Both will appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on Jan. 17.
The Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crime Unit, along with Onion Lake Detachment, North Battleford General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification Services, and Lloydminster RCMP Police Dog Services, investigated the circumstances surrounding Grayman’s death.
