Two people are dead after a pair of crashes on Saskatchewan highways.
The Warman RCMP said the first crash occurred Thursday on Highway 16 near Maymont. Officers responded at about 9:30 p.m., to a call about a single-vehicle rollover.
The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. He was identified as a 59-year-old man from Edmonton.
Maymont is located 88 kilometres northwest of Saskatoon.
On Friday at about 10:20 p.m., the Warman Mounties got a call about a motorcycle crash on Auction Mart Road northwest of Saskatoon.
The motorcyclist, a 38-year-old man from Martensville, was pronounced dead by paramedics.
The Warman RCMP and a collision reconstructionist are investigating both crashes.
