A woman was taken to hospital Friday morning after a shooting.
According to police, officers received several reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of 20th Street West at about 11 a.m. At the scene, the officers found an adult woman with a gunshot wound. She was taken to hospital with serious injures, but police said the wound wasn’t believed to be life-threatening.
“The suspects have not been located and the investigation is ongoing,” police said.
Police asked any witnesses to get in touch with police or Crime Stoppers, including any individuals or businesses that might have video evidence to share.
