A 45-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday near Maidstone.
According to the RCMP, officers responded at about 4:30 a.m., to a call of a rollover on Township Road 482, approximately three kilometres west of Highway 21.
At the scene, officers found a black SUV had rolled numerous times. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
The Mounties didn’t release the man’s name, but said his family had been notified.
An RCMP traffic collision reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service are investigating the crash.
