A 34-year-old Regina man is dead after a two-vehicle crash that closed Highway 6 on Wednesday.
According to the RCMP, officers responded at about 4:15 p.m., to a report of a crash on the highway about 13 kilometres north of Regina. A van heading south and a semi hauling farm implements going north had collided.
The driver of the van died at the scene, while the 62-year-old man driving the semi wasn’t hurt.
The highway was closed in both directions before reopening Thursday morning.
The Southey RCMP is investigating the crash along with an RCMP collision reconstructionist.
