A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a car-pedestrian collision on Eighth Street East on Monday afternoon.
The westbound lanes of Eighth between Dufferin and Broadway avenues remained closed until 4:30 p.m., as the investigation continued.
According to police, the collision occurred just before 1 p.m. The male pedestrian was taken to hospital by Medavie Health Services.
