A Saskatoon driver had a chilly encounter after a car ended up in a city pond on Sunday morning.
Fire crews were called just before 1:30 a.m. to a pond near the Boychuk Drive interchange to find a vehicle partially submerged in four feet of water.
The driver managed to escape the vehicle and water unscathed.
Once crews confirmed no one else was in the vehicle or water, the vehicle was pulled out by a tow truck.
The scene was turned over to police for further investigation.
