Elections Canada has announced they’re hiring for the upcoming election.
The non-partisan agency is looking for more than 250,000 workers to hire to run advance polls and election day polls.
Applicants must be Canadian citizens and at least 16-years-old on election day.
Pay ranges from $17.22 to $23.44 per hour, depending on the position. Workers are trained and paid $54.65 for the session.
Workers will be required to wear a mask at all times on Elections Canada sites. Work days will include Fri., Sept. 10 through Mon., Sept. 13, 2021 for advance polls and election day on Mon., Sept. 20.
