A man charged in a 2020 homicide in Saskatoon who was arrested while trying to cross the border into the United States in January, has been returned to Canada.
Police say Afrah ALI arrived in Saskatoon yesterday and appeared in court Wednesday morning on charges of second degree murder.
In August of 2020, police were called to the parking lot of a business in the 200 block of Slimmon Road, where a man’s body had been found.
He was taken to hospital, but later died.
