The identity of the 27-year-old man killed in Fort Qu’Appelle on Saturday night is being confirmed by police.
RCMP said the man’s name is Lucas Alexander Keith Lerat.
Lerat died following an incident outside a business on the 500 block of Hudson Avenue in the vicinity of the Country Squire Inn.
Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP were called to a disturbance around 11 p.m. Saturday night. When police arrived, they found Lerat with serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital but died from his injuries.
An autopsy was performed Monday. RCMP continue to investigate.
