A 41-year-old man is facing charges after a carjacking at gun point in Saskatoon.
It occurred around 10:00 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Eighth Street East.
The victim, who police said knew the suspect, was not hurt.
The stolen vehicle was located one block away and police said the suspect was shot with a stun gun after he tried to run.
His charges include robbery with a firearm, obstruction of a police officer, failure to comply with court orders and previous warrants.
The conducted energy weapon deployment will be reviewed as per police policy.
