A woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a vehicle hit a pedestrian at Acadia Drive and Eighth Street East on Tuesday morning.
According to the Saskatoon Police Service, officers responded to the call at about 9 a.m. Traffic was restricted in the area during the investigation, but those restrictions were lifted early Tuesday afternoon.
The woman’s injuries were described as serious but non-life-threatening.
Police said the driver of the vehicle could face charges in connection with the collision.
