A crash led to traffic restrictions near the Sid Buckwold Bridge for more than eight hours Saturday.
Police reported the collision in the morning, where one person was sent to hospital following the River Landing area incident.
In a news release late Saturday night, officers elaborated that they believe a 61-year-old man suffered a medical emergency while driving, causing the crash.
He is in hospital in critical condition. Officers cleared the scene by about 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
